CELEST PAPER KLIPPAN AB HAS THE FOLLOWING GOALS:

A healthy and secure working-environment where the physical and mental health of the staff is of greatest importance.

This could be achieved by giving the staff interesting jobs, internal education and a rational exchange of information.

The staff should participate in, and also be responsible for, the processes connected to Security-Health-Environment (SHE). The SHE-process should be a part of the daily work.

An over-all view influenced by the philosophy of a ecological society. This should be supported by improvement of processes and products to avoid accidents and minimize the impact on environment.

 

 

 

 

 


In spite of our product-programme we shall give priority to an economic management of nature-resources.

A high level of security for the staff-member.This should be achieved by risk-analysis and preventive actions.

A sound and healthy internal and external environment.This should be achieved by application of a specific management system valid for SHE .This system is created especially for our company. This system should continuously be improved, given new goals and given new action-programmes.

An obedience to legislations.The obedience to legislations should be secured by the system for SHE.

A reasonable dialog in SHE-issues not only with customers but also with authorities, media and other interested parties.
By showing an open mind towards these interested parties we also get entrance to new knowledge gaining our company.

At least the same demands on suppliers as on the own company.
We should, within reasonable limits, control that our suppliers are working with SHE in accordance with Celest standards.
